will this start a gilts cycle if she has not cycled.

yup it should. I think the bottle say at least 5 1/2 months old and 187 lbs

can you use it as a breeding tool as in give it and breed em when they come in following? is there anything wrong with doing it that way

If they are not cycling pg600 will throw them into gear as long as they are of age. It can also be use to synchranize your breedings. Just apply the shot 4-6 days prior to when you want to breed.
