The Wendt Group, Showpig.com and Rick Fogle Auctioneer are bringing you the largest and most unique collection of vintage livestock signs, advertising, supplies and memorabilia that has been offered in some time. Straight from the private collections of the late Ralph Doak, former NSR fieldman; the late Doug Parrish, long-time Duroc breeder; and Kevin Wendt, this offering features hundreds of items, selling both online and in-person.

The first wave of items offered for sale will be featured in a live auction at the IGF Sale Pavilion in Marion, Ohio, on Sunday, Dec. 10, starting at 2 p.m. This portion of the offering includes signs, glassware, crocks, chicken feeders, collectibles, furniture and more.

“It is without a doubt a stellar auction,” Col. Rick Fogle says. “Maybe the largest collection of mostly livestock items I’ve ever seen with approximately 700 items. Come join in on the auction action.”

On Monday, Dec. 11, the rest of the collection will be offered on Showpig.com. This online portion will feature more than 200 pig, cattle, feed, seed and breed signs, books, magazines, prints, breed models, mechanical pens, watch fobs, buttons and more!

“We’ll feature vintage collectibles, memorabilia and signs. There is something for everyone,” Col. Kevin Wendt says. “Every item has a unique story to tell.”

All items sold online will be packaged and shipped per the sellers request from the Wendt facilities in Plain City, Ohio, on Dec. 30, after full payment is received.
